7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Amendments

Stamford Consulting Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
